• MENTAL HEALTH - Stay positive during this pandemic

DESCRIPTION: Overthinking is a common issue faced by many individuals, my intentions of using the smoke to cover the face acts as a distraction or clouded thoughts which blocks us from thinking rationally. For the slogan “it’s ok to not be OKAY” portrays that it is ok to overthink and it is alright as it may help us to be prepared for any situation. However, we should not overthink too much as overthinking is a killjoy which destroys our mental health.
